EDUCATION PROGRAM
We Give Our Time
Forming the next generation through truth, presence, and gospel-centered education.
“Let us not love in word or talk but in deed and in truth.” — 1 John 3:18
What it costs
It costs $30 per month
to sustain the educational and formative work taking place each week.
What We Do
We serve underserved children through academic support, mentorship, and intentional formation.
This includes:
-
literacy development
-
academic enrichment
-
consistent relational investment
We not only help students succeed in school, but we walk with them as they grow in understanding, discipline, and identity.
What $30 Makes Possible
We currently serve approximately 100 students, walking with them through different stages of learning and growth.
Half of these students, in early childhood, are learning to read and write in Spanish, building a foundation for understanding, expression, and confidence.
The other half have moved forward into our English program, where they are learning a second language
and expanding their ability to engage the world.
Students gather in a consistent weekly rhythm. Even within a one-hour structure, this time is intentional.
In that hour, students are taught from Scripture, instructed together, and guided through both learning and personal practice.
It becomes a space where:
-
learning happens
-
relationships are built
-
and formation begins
Your support sustains:
-
the materials used in each session
-
the curriculum guiding their learning
-
the teachers who invest consistently in each student
-
and the space where this formation takes place
This is not simply support for a class.
It is participation in a process, forming students through truth, consistency, and care.
Why We Teach
We teach because truth matters.
God calls His people to pass down truth to the next generation (Deuteronomy 6:7). Christ is the source of all wisdom (Colossians 2:3).
Education shapes the whole person, mind, character, and direction. We teach not for achievement, but for formation.
More than Education
This is more than an academic program; it responds to:
-
broken educational systems
-
generational poverty
-
the need for truth and direction
Every lesson becomes an opportunity to form both mind and heart.
We currently serve students in a supplemental format, while prayerfully working toward a future
where this formation extends into a full-day school, Colegio Cornerstone.

Our Posture
We do not simply teach, we remain.
We give our time:
-
patiently
-
consistently
-
personally
Because students do not only need instruction, they need people who walk with them.
Community
Formation happens in relationship.
Students are:
-
known
-
loved
-
and guided over time
This becomes a visible expression of a gospel-centered community.
Be Part of What God Is Doing
This is not about giving to a cause.
It is about participating in the mission of God,
joining in the work of making disciples among the nations.
Here is how you can join:
Go: Engage directly in the mission, making disciples and serving alongside the local church.
“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations…” — Matthew 28:19
Pray: Join us in prayer as God transforms lives through His Word and His people.
“The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working.” — James 5:16
Give: Invest in gospel-centered discipleship and the formation of Christ-centered communities.
“Each one must give as he has decided in his heart… for God loves a cheerful giver.” — 2 Corinthians 9:7
