$15 Makes a Difference

This is one of our key focus areas here at GIVE and a source of much success. The foundation began by providing meals in 2017 to 35 families and has grown the number of families assisted year over year. Through this program, we provide basic grains (rice, corn, beans, and eggs) for the community's most vulnerable; as the program continues to expand, so do our plans. Over the next months and years, we look to change how we acquire the basic grains and may look to expand the offerings.

Currently, the program serves 180 families, and post-pandemic, we are going back to focusing on the vulnerable in the community, the elderly. During the pandemic, the government of El Salvador put in place a hard lockdown, creating hardship for many families. Now that COVID is mostly in our rearview mirror, it is time to reorient the help to the elderly in the community.

  • The land will allow the foundation to create jobs​

  • Better manage cost and expand the offerings

  • Create a self-sustaining program

Today, we have distributed nearly 8,000 food packs which account for over 1 million meals. Please join us in providing food security to the vulnerable in the community.
